Whirlwind EW or SW

I have a 350 Chevy engine bolted to a 2.68 rotator, I know this isn’t an ideal combo but Im going to run what I have for the time being and upgrade to a 5.3 or 6.0 down the road, I only want to have to buy a prop once what is the most versatile option the SW 80” or a 82” EW and will a stock 350 even turn the SW

You may want to ask Patty at Whirlwind, but you could probably buy a 3 blade setup for future use and run a 2 blade for now until you go to a higher horsepower LS. The 350 & 2.68 should allow good pitch with a 2 blade.

What hull are you putting it on?

The hull is a 14 foot combee not very light but very sturdy

I ran a 5.3 with a 2.68. Got to run 2 different props. Being a Sensenich fan they were an 81.5" 2 Blade R and a 79" 3 blade R. R is 13" wide not sure how that compares to a SW or WE whirlwind.

Both ran ok but really needed to shorter with more pitch for the better performance.
