My last Topic was lost so I will try again, Which one do you guys think would be the best from me to go have a little fun this weekend ? I need a place to stay fairly decent, a place to eat along with some good riding in a marsh or skinny water. Maybe some fishing and frogging not really into staying in a river. I want somewhere that I have'nt been before ... Been to the Glades, big O, Kissimmee Istakpoka. I/m not locked into eather of these two places so any Idea would help make up my mind. :?

Stan, I don't know where that is .. or how to get there. But if you can tell me how and of some place to stay thats on the lake ig: fish camp with cabins place to eat ect.phone # or name of a place so I can make reservations I'll pack my bags...
 
orange lake lies between ocala and gainesville don't know to much about it other than I blew an engine last year on it and gonna try not to saturday.Cntry and I have a campsite at cross creek lodge they my have rooms available or can direct you somewhere that does they seem to be very accomidating said it was the slow time of year there phone #866 713 2628
 
Thanks guys, I will give them a call and see if they have any rooms after I talk it over with Snookstalker ..He might come along .
 
bandit mentioned that he got a place across the street from the lodge I'm sure somthings available in the neiborhood

Okay I/m booked into twin lakes lodge at Cross Creek Friday and Saturday night .. The lady said the fishing has beed excellant didnt know about the froggen, so I'll find that out myself. Stan, The number of the place you gave me was all booked with a bunch of airboaters coming this weekend. So hope to see you and 141 this weekend.
