0360 starter gear
The keeper is missing, that c clip is incorrect, it needs to have a wire type lock ring that snaps under the keeper. Be sure that the spring is behind the pinion gear as well.

Coming Soon To A Swamp Near You
As much as possible, I'll avoid them but unfortunately the trails around my camp are loaded with them. Luckily, I've opened the main trail to camp a good bit but a couple nearby trails that I'll have to use from time to time are still pretty gnarly.
