I would either trade it or buy a new one. If your going to drill it, find someone with a milling machine. Like a machine shop.

It's nothing money can't fix. I'm sure it won't take as long to get it going as it did to build it.

Re: Dual fuel tank, single gauge, DPDT Rocker
The lights add 2 more wires, a hot and ground for the led lights, the hot would come from ignition. Ignition goes to gauges. you don't have to switch that. You only have to switch the sending units. Are the less built into the switch or are they separate?

Re: Dual fuel tank, single gauge, DPDT Rocker
Why so many wires? Fuel gauges I have delt with have one wire and base is grounded. So you should be dealing with 3 wires. Gauge would be middle terminal sending units go to the outside of center terminal you used. If you have to use more wires it is the same thing, what comes from the gauge to the ...

Classic Airboat sells mounts that are tapered to accept the rubber cones. You can also use a piece of 1 1/2 " pipe and weld a flat washer on each side of it.

All areas are open now. You might be thinking about the indian reservation. Northwest corner of 3A. Yes you have to have a reason to be there with a sticker and a background check.

Re: lycoming 200 wide deck
Scotty I think it is a older Dodge. Just not sure year and make. I called jurnigans in plant city and had it the next day. I think it was $150 but don't quote me on it. I bought other stuff too so the prices run together. It looks brand new and I know it is correct and was made to handle Av gas. It ...

Sorry to piss off anyone. My comment about profile was so if someone was in his area they would be more incline to answer up. Me living in far south dade didn't apply to the question. As far as knowledge goes, I have painted a few boats. Paint is like a lot of things, the more time you put into prep...

Re: Airboat Won’t Start
Get a hold of Greg McCloud. He is in plant city. The pump is easy to replace and he can get you the parts you need and If you ask him nice would probably tell you how to do it. Another option would be to send it to him. It will come back looking like brand new.

Re: Airboat Won’t Start
If you have a filter on it take it off. Pump the gas pedal 3 or 4 times and if you don't have gas driving on the deck it is time for a accelerator pump.
