new poly
I'm finally getting around to replacing my poly on my old bear deck over once I get all the holes welded up . I had one of the first sheets of 5/16 gatorback on it. Whats everyone's opinion on replacing it ,is gatorback worth the extra money or should I use something else thanks

New poly
I am needing to put new poly on my ole bear deck over. Should I weld up all the holes or try to use the same holes and use nuts this time. Or find someone to rivet it on forme. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks

Re: North Florida Airboaters ride 8/16
good ride is to put in on 44 or outlet in lake pan on 470 head south to the flats go into flying eagle and cross over to hot dog island, flag island and head to sleepy hollow for lunch usually a good $5 meal they have you get the best of the nice river with water up and also the fun of skinny water....

Re: North Florida Airboaters ride 8/16
Gotta climb a big hill on outfall canal if u head north to hernando from 44. Big hill. Only option if you make it up is to continue the loop or gotta come down a BIG hill into DEEP water Putting in at 44 and head south to the flats and flying eagle. Safer for all boats. Plenty of water now so everyo...

Re: porpoising
Lower can help but can also make it worse. It can push nose down and water push it back up witch will cause it to porpoise worse. May need jacks in hull. Bottom could be flexing against water pressure. I would deff start with bottom of hull. Just my 2 cents

Start with level. Check bottom
With straight edge make sure back lip isn't rounded off

Back edge will cause it to hop like said above check with flat edge. Sharp edge will def help. Boat can rock on a rounded edge
