Wood Prop
ok so i ended up buyin a direct drive wood prop for my 220 airboat......turns out the rotation is wrong, am i able to just mount it backwards or am i screwed?

zenith or Holly for a 220?
I need to replace my carb on my motor im running a zenith now. Should i move to a holly? What are the advantages and where can i get either one?

Thanks for the input guys, im running a 220 ground power and my biggest thing is that i want to be able to run dry. My cottonmouth will do that no problem with 3 people for the most part. Im just tryin to get second opinions on the glass hulls.

yeah i do a lot of running dry so im guessing i better stay with poly. Good to know Tony iv seen a lot riggings for sale with a 540 setup.

Im lookin to get a new hull and riggin, how hard is to convert a 540 mount to a 220?

my buddy fell asleep on I4 comin back from cypress and ran up against the concrete wall. The fender got mashed up against the boat and crushed, and the axle is and trailer is toast.

X2 on 2300, normally for cruise you dont go above 2500

thanks for the input guys, turns out the gauge cyl. gauge was bad after all. One more quesstion i have a cold air intake on my boat and i havent seen that on any other boats. Is this somethin i should change or run with?

ill upload more photos. I dont know to much about the motor I just got the boat not too long ago and am kinda new. The pistons are stock and im alternating between trips with av and 93, depending on where i go out.

220 running hot?
My 220 idles smooth, and runs really good but when i give it 3/4 throttle the cylinder head temp gauge punches 600. I recently replaced all 6 intake O rings. Any suggestions?
