Anyone that tig welds can put one in for you and if you have a cap there they may have to plate it with flat aluminum then weld barb in,If you have to order radiator plan on waiting I waited up to 6 weeks on my last one from Classic for my BBC. :violent1: Thanks for the advice I will let you know h...

wow I see where it goes now by looking at classics website, I am going to see if my rad. shop can tig a nipple on my rad when they check it out if not its going to be about 400 dollers with shipping for the new rad. and the burp tank :banghead: :banghead:

Jeff, in the picture of the burp tank you posted the bottom hose will run to your radiator. The top hose (on the side) will run to your waterpump. If your waterpump doesn't have a port on it, put it to your intake. The small hole by the cap is so you can run a small line to an overflow tank. That s...

I here ya sniperjim what a frustrating time, I did put the timing light to the motor and it was advanced way to much, so much for letting a guy who has been building racecar motors for 20 years set the timing by ear :violent1: I am getting ready to pull the motor apart and take the heads to a machin...

Well took it out on the river on its maden voyage, it ran great for about 3-4 miles then overheated, blew all the water out of the resavore tank so I cut it off, filled it back up burped the motor, tried to baby it back as soon as I hit 1500 rpms it would start blowing all the water out of the resav...

When I looked up the casting numbers on the block I used it said it was from a 87-93 chevy truck so I went to autozone and orderd a water pump for a 1990, so yesterday I went back and bought a water pump for a 84 chevy truck and a new rad cap for the rad.
