Re: Grape Hammock fish camp?

I have a house boat down there and the people are great, it is a nice ride up the West shore from the camp to Brahma Island where there is plenty of exotic game to see. Rental cabins are clean and reasonably priced, the owners Kevin and Barrett Chandley are always around and willing to give pointers...

Re: Fishing the Suwanee river and areas around it???

I lived in Mayo for a number of years and while the suwanee river in that area is good fishing, it is a dangerous river if you don't know the way around, there is rocks that stick up out of nowhere and bluffs that will wreak havock on an outboard. river rondevous is a good place to stay and you migh...

Re: hunting question

YOU CAN HUNT THE MARSH WITH A CERTERFIRE, HOWEVER THE DRASDO AREA IS SHOTGUN AND HOGS ONLY, THE NORTH KISSIMMEE SHORE IS SHOTGUN ONLY BUT IT IS DEER AND HOGS. GO TO FWC WEBSITE AND USE THE MANAGEMENT AREA TAB FOR THE KISSIMMEE CHAIN AND IT OUTLINES ALL OF THE RULES AND GIVES A DETAILED MAP. CHECK EA...

Re: Prop help for 350 dd

I have a 350 DD with a good RV cam in it and i am swinging a 72 inch Q series at 2800 RPM WOT and have it pitched to the #2 mark, can run the ground when i have to with 3 people. I will also cruise skinny water at 1100-1200 RPM and deep water at 1800-1900 RPM, gas mileage is not bad either.

Re: Airboating Do & Don'ts..a handbook

This information is great and would make a good pamplet for all of us to go by, my biggest concern has always been life jackets, everyone on my boat is required to wear a self inflating belt PFD while on the boat, I have seen a lot of people dragged off the bottom even though they had life jackets o...

Re: new to airboating,need advice

A lot of advise has been given and we all welcome a new boater to our sport. I have had airboats for years and I prefer the 350 car motor as well, they are dependable if maintained and can be either direct drive or a reduction unit can be used. The best advise is to find someone close to you that is...

I got these measurements from century for a CH-2 Belt Drive From the engine block to the propeller face is 15 15/16" inches, the drive unit center of crank to center of output shaft is 11.633 inches on a 2 to 1 ratio. The width of the (2) rear mount holes is 17 5/16" inches center to center. Let us ...
