I have not seen it done with that dis but I have done it with both gm's hei dis and ford dis. the gm is almost all self contained only needed a coil and a hot wire. the ford needed a outside ign moduale like msd or fords own dura splark.
I have seen it done with a gutted mag.

It takes no genius to adapt a automotive dist to an aircraft engine. But not knowing what engine you have it is hard to help you out with info. It depends on the ignition system and compression . Msd small gap for super and turbo charger apps is .035 natural aspirated up to .045 depending on compression.

my uncle and I have built a handful of different styles and types . some using mags for the points ,rotor and dist dap. some with auto distributors and some made from scratch. all worked and some were easy to make and some were more complex with centrifical advance some with a retard to aid in start...

I put control arm bushing in mine. They seam to work fine. I just pressed out the old ones miked them went to napa and found bushings to replace them.

The problem with bleach is that it is a oxidizer it will rust and corrode metals. That is why you are not supposed use bleach threw a pressure cleaner it kills the pump.

I beleave water walker was working on a wide short blade for 3600 to 3800 rpm for some direct drive ac motors. we have a cypress turning 3600 plus regulerly on a race boat with a 4cyl ac engine.

If the class you all are talking about is modifided class, they can not use Q16 it is an oxygenated fuel and is not allowed in that class.

For making jerky I grind the meat and use a jerky shooter to put it out in strips. The jerky that way is much easyer to eat. But I do have an enexpencive meat slicer and I have not had any troubles with it yet.
