Re: 3 blade on a ...

Call Sensenich. I can bet every penny I have in the bank Don is going to tell you not to do it. Horrible for your motor. That's a 6 cylinder prop. Your not going to be able to pitch it over one so might as well put a warp on it if that's what your doing. Q series at notice 2 and get down with the ge...

Re: 3 blade on a ...

Will it swing it? Kinda not really. This issue you are going to have is that a 3 blade is a 540 prop and it will take for ever to spoll. The other issue is it is going to put your motor under a ton of stress and wear your cylinders out. The reason I know is bc I've had a 200 with a 3 blade on it. Co...

Looking for an O-540

Does any one know anybody with a 540 for sale?
I don't care if it is a straight or angle valve, narrow or wide deck.
I don't even care if it is a run out. Not wanting to spend more than $5000-$6000 at most. After that just have one built. Any help would be awesome

Re: Classifieds Photos

I would like to know why ass holes are using Pics of my boat as their cover pic for their add. Their are 2 people on this site that copied my picture off CL and posted my boat in their add. I just noticed this today after listing my boat for sale on here.

Re: Painting A/C Motor, Paint Type?

Etching primer will work fine. You will spend a lot of money doing it this way depending on how many colors you are trying to have. Use a 3 part polyurethane paint with a harnder. It dryers amazlying fast, has a great finish to it and will hold up to heat. Still recommend the valve covers be powder ...

Re: Safe and easy way to strip paint off an engine

The have an attachment that hooks up to a pressure washer from northern tool. You put it in a bucket of play sand from lowes. It will be applying the PSI from the water and pressure washer added with sand. It gets to all the hard areas as well. Just cover the carb up and any hole. It will take it to...

Re: Help !!! Need to register boat w no title

As long as the boat is under 16' long you can register the boat as a home made and get a title. Anything 16' or more has to be inspected by an FWC game warden. Do not worry about material list, or bill of sale as this will only do you good if the tag agency makes you go to court for review of the bo...

Change the oil and put fresh Av gas in it... I mean give me a break. No need for pointless treads. Guess that's why I'm never on here bc there are tons of them on this site. But any who good luck with the motor

Use Drake Mallards, throw a few widgeon along with some Pintail. I would buy probably about 4 or 5 mojo and put them all together. Make sure all the decoys are right on too of each other and the mojo are almost touching

Ya I'm not to worried about the motor it self. It had spark amd compression so I knew it was gonna be fuel and fuel can always be fixed. Just trying to narrow it down

No way lol. It's a clean gas but in FL weather nothing is good for a year. Also got a little water in the fuel but you could also smell the bad fuel

200 help... Popping and sputtering

I have a fuel injected 200. The guy i bought it from let it sit for about 2months. Needless to say the gas sat and was horrible when I drained it. It took forever to get started but now starts and runs at an idle. When I give it gas it spits, sputters and pops. I removed my servo and it had trash al...

Re: true 200 more hp

10 to 1 pistons, helicopter cam, new rings and probably going to have to over haul the cylinders. That is the safest way to do it. You could go with 11 or 12 to 1 pistons but it would have to be straight from Lycoming and those run super hot. I wouldn't go any higher than 10-1 and I hope you brought...

Re: TRADE Warp drive and hub for 2 Q blades

Thank you guys. Warp drives are horrible. I had a 6 blade warp on a 300 and couldn't even hardly get up the hill by myself. I put a 78inch K on and went back the very next weekend and took 5 people up that same hill with no problem. I don't care about speed I want the easy push on land without havin...
