Re: GM HEI Billet Distributor - Asian

To save you guys and gals a little more trouble... I don't have an issue with the in cap coil or the module per se, they're good to 7500 rpm on almost all of the HEI knockoffs. I have a VERY large issue with the stupid cap harness they put on them. It looks ok, but it is in fact the biggest cheap pi...

Re: Working out bugs on new build..

Well I appreciate that.

Not sure if you guys have a resident ignition specialist or not already, so if you do, I'm not trying to step on toes. If you don't, you guys are stuck with me.

Besides, I'm gonna have lots of questions here shortly myself.

Re: Working out bugs on new build..

Hi gents, I am new here, but been reading all I can on here for last year and a half. Just acquired a 15' Panther CM boat. I rework ignition systems as a hobby for the last 25 years. The people at Performance distributors know me very well. So my skills are known. I didn't just watch an episode of E...

Re: TOOK OFF MSD BOX WILL OUR MSD DISTRIBUTER RUN WITH OUT I

Sure it will. I've triggered them off of simple 4 pin gm ignition modules, off of ford dura spark boxes, and even Chrysler chrome boxes. Gm 4 pin is easiest to wire and I'll be glad to teach you fine people how to do this as soon as I figure out how to post a picture. Seeing as this is my first post...
