Re: p0087 silverado duramax

I may have missed it but what year duramax, On anything after 2011 it could be the dreaded cp4 failure.

Sounds like the governor gear to me. They are known to come apart.

Re: Yeti Cups

Ive been told that the insulation in these cups is created by vacuum. When they lose their vacuum from the oven during the powder coating process, they lose their effectiveness. Personally, drinks don't last me long enough to warrant a cup although we have several of them Sent from my iPhone using T...

Re: New guy needing some direction

I maintain the traffic signal on 138 in conyers. I've definitely moved past that boat I posted the link of. I got some pm's that brought a few things to my attention. I appreciate all the good advice here, I've learned a lot in the past few weeks for sure.

New guy needing some direction

The problem with this one is that the guy that owned it passed away and it's his family that is selling it. They know less about it than I do. It could be awesome or a total POS. They don't know. And I'm very familiar with Bonaire. I've always wanted to run my boat at the river where 96 crosses. I l...

Re: New guy needing some direction

I appreciate the offer. I've got some friends on lake Seminole with airboats that have helped give me a start. This is the boat I've been looking at. Is anyone familiar with it?

Re: New guy needing some direction

I totally agree. Problem is, I'm in middle Georgia and an airboat is like a unicorn around here. My Main problem at this point is that I feel like I'm at the mercy of a seller, and that's not good.

New guy needing some direction

Hey guys. I'm new to the forum so I apologize if this is in the wrong section (looked like the best one to me). I've been into mud boats for a long time and have recently decided to buy an airboat. I'm looking at automotive engines because I think they would be much easier to maintain (correct me if...
