Re: Finally almost there !

I run about 14 in my supercharged 480DD.. I try to always run the tank about half full. My dry sump e-series 520 I run roughly 12, and again run the tank about half full.

Re: Streamline hull

The hamant brothers been building boats a long time so you can’t go wrong with either one you choose . I ran my hamant for a few years with quick slick and it did fine. First go r...

Re: What aluminum hull to buy?

Ran my 13x7'6 hamant with quick slick since it was new till last year. .125 bottom .90 sides and I ran it like it was a skidder and it held up great. Bottom was flat no tunneling when I put poly on last year. wade and crew build some fine boats I bought my first one in 04 and ran it till 2013. It sp...

Re: Save the Culture of Airboating

Olf , the idea I had was to get close to a 1000 airboaters to rally and head down to a closed area with the intention of riding. if we could get that kind of turn outs it would get tremendous attention whether any boats are even launched. It would be a sight to see from the news helicopters. It wou...

Re: problems with slick bottom

Most of the slick bottom guys say to use 30 grit to prep the bottom and clean the hell out of it with acetone. If it was breaking off it would be the prep imo. Just wore through maybe not enough product was applied. On my 13x8 I used 3 gallons and it seemed to last forever. The second go round did t...

Re: HELP. Prop hub adapter

Without having the crank cut the only adapter you can run is the factory aircraft style splined hub. It can be machined down and drilled to the 6 bolt pattern but you will have to have a 3 inch hole bored through your prop hub.
