a bit of a starting problem

starter seems to bind, when engine does start it sounds like starter gear isn't
pulling back bc it has one helluva high pitch sqeel when the engine starts.i have tried
shimming, not shimming. nothing seems to help. any ideas?

I had my four wheeler missing from the jobsite once, someone took it joyriding. It was back the next day, I even had it hidden way at the back of thiat job. You can NEVER be too careful with your belongings

I don't have a boat, so im not sure about fuel tank size. but yeah there would be a cooler, 1 person most of time,at times 2 ppl on board.
It's not necessarily I want a small motor, i was just curious what the minimum was on ground, hills etc.
