Looking for NOS install advice

I have a NOS 05000 powershot kit that Im considering installing on my Lycoming 0360 200hp. I intend to have it spray only under wide open throttle. I have already purchased the recommended fuel pump for fuel enrichment but my concern is how/where to install the nozzles. I was wondering if someone of...

Re: A New Adventure

You beat me to it by a few hours! I called him tonight to go see it since I was "out west" for once when he told me the bad news  . Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Decided to text Tracey and sure enough she has some in stock. Thanks for the response Bob. Looks like I may have a project on my hands this weekend.

Re: Dynamarine revo

My previous hull was 12' x 7'4" with 13" sides. The plan is to make one as close to that as possible, since until this point all their Revos have been bigger(longer).

Re: Dynamarine revo

I was on the fence myself, but I finally pulled the trigger on one and I'm anxiously awaiting delivery. I have several friends who rode on Terry's boat and were all impressed with the ride quality. I recently sent my complete rigging with my 200 to Shane so they can build a boat to fit. They even we...

Re: One Hell of a Ride

Go there, call the police while you are OFF his property, tell them he is refusing to release the property that you ALREADY paid for and have a RECEIPT for, show them the hull in the corner, load it on your trailer and get it finished somewhere else. Don't give him any notice that you are coming so ...

Re: wanna try some props

I didn't notice what kind of hull you had that 200 on, but I have an 11'6" DB ultralight with a 200 on it and tried several props before deciding on the 70" Sensenich NGH. I have the 72" blades in the short hub. I tried the 68" blades in the medium hub and my current set up performed better all arou...

Just curious if people are planning on gathering at polluted waters early Sat morning or later in the day after the Freedom Ride event. We always seem to get there too late.............that damn Liar's Lodge always locks us in till closing! :banghead: :dontknow:

Re: What's the best all around prop for a 12' alum hull w/a

From what I can tell, the 5 blade Saber had as much low end push as the Q Series and the NGH. The NGQ did have more low end push then all of them. All of this was done in water though. Unfortunately right now the Glades are way above normal high water and there isnt any dry land in sight to do any t...

Re: What's the best all around prop for a 12' alum hull w/a

So after trying a 68" NGH, a 68" Q series, a 68" NGQ, and a 70" 5 blade Saber, I'm 99% sure Im going with the Saber. It has just as much holeshot as the NGH or the regular Q series, with a MUCH better cruise rpm and a lot more snap. The NGQ was very impressive for holeshot, but lacked performance ot...

Thanks for all the input. If the 5 blade doesn't do it for me, it sounds like I need to try a 70" whisper tip. I should know after tomorrows ride.

Re: What's the best all around prop for a 12' alum hull w/a

So I'm going to try a 68" 5 blade Saber this weekend. It was either that or a 72" Whisper Tip, but i think the Whisper might be too big. A tower trip is being planned for Saturday so that should give me plenty time to test it out. I will post results.

Re: What's the best all around prop for a 12' alum hull w/a

The NGH was 68". The Q Series was 69". The NGQ was 68". I'm thinking I want the speed of a multi blade prop as long as it will still run the hill.

What's the best all around prop for a 12' alum hull w/a 200?

I have a 12' ultralight aluminum hull with a 200 and I'm looking for a prop that will give all around good "performance". I have tried a Q Series, an NGQ, and an NGH so far. The NGH was like spinning my tires at a red light, with what felt like a decent top end. The NGQ has great holeshot and a nice...

What do you have for sale? I know what I have to work with moneywise, just not sure what I'm willing to spend. It all depends on the boat. I'm not looking for a show winner, but something nice.

Looking to buy a boat this weekend at Kissimmee

So I finally sold my sled, and the boat I intended on buying is no longer for sale. I will be up at Kissimmee this weekend, borrowing Jagerbomb's boat, and scouting for my next boat. If anyone has something for sale and is going to be there, or knows of somebody who is, let me know! Looking for a 12...
