does your prop do want you want now?, torque? does your motor spin your prop up to much?

got more money than skill. buy one, other wise build it yourself, built a 383 from summit in parts, they provided a clearenced and relieved block, a balanced eagle {don't skimp on this one} assembly , roller cam and assembly, that should get you in the 4grand range, add another 3, and you end up wit...

got more money than skill. buy one, other wise build it yourself, built a 383 from summit in parts, they provided a clearenced and relieved block, a balanced eagle {don't skimp on this one} assembly , roller cam and assembly, that should get you in the 4grand range, add another 3, and you end up wit...

do to the desire for power, I have wound up with a setup that leaves me with a gap of 1/2 inch, what would be the min. ya'll would run, kinda flirting with disaster, maybe should bite the bullet and move the rudders back

I know this is a old post, but with this boat I have, at full speed, the front lifts, with a sideways rudder mounted in the grassrake,i belive it would be completey airbourne, if only for a 100ft. maybe more

sorry for the 2X post, but the old style scoop works good for being left out in the rain, and even though they are a pain in ass to change, with the K&N filters, never has failed me.
