Re: Thursday Night Thunder!!!
Just took the 4 banger out. The big Marsh fence line has water all the way to buzzards roost. Ran all the way to the oak head really nice riding. Boat ran good thanks to JD and Bob Carlton mechanic work. We need to get a Thursday night going any body in?

Try leaving your mags off while starting then turning them on once you got it spinning good. Check your brackets make sure their not flexing.

I don't see how you damage a prop with out hitting the leading edge first.

That not the same one I'm talking about, it was a round nose. A lot of the racer back in the day love them.

Re: How are the Eco Techs holding up
How do you get 375 hp at the prop?? Do you have dyno machine that uses a prop? Also why you state anything other than crankshaft hp, that 430hp number is just an attempt to inflate the numbers. Might be using a chassis dyno which with 15% drivetrain loss his 373rwhp would yield ~430hp at the crank....

I think what Diggin is talking about is the cylinder head pressure. Putting more pitch on the motor raises the head pressure. Not saying that is the case with your motor. But is something to think about. Sounds like you got a good running boat.
