Call Chuck at airboat pros
Well I'm fixing to start my new build. I'm leaning towards a 13' Big O hull with possibly a GO480. This will be a family boat but also see a lot of dry running. Just looking for opinions from people that run or have run these motors or know someone that does.
I've got a 12' thurman hull I'm wanting to sell. Its complete minus motor and prop. Hyd trim tab, seats, cage, motor stand for a 480, rudders. New steelflex and frog spit bottom. Bolt your motor and prop on and ride. Just trying to get a idea of what to ask for it. I'm going back to a glass hull.

I got the same treatment. I took my deckover down there for some advice on what to do about the bottom. Jason showed me around and had one of his guys walk me through the prep and application of the new bottom. They were not pushy and very helpful. They will be building my next hull and metalworks.

I'm stripping the bottom on my thurman deckover all the way down to bare aluminum. I was gonna put on regular steelflex and put frog spit on top of that But someone told me just to put steelflex 2000 on it and don't worry about the frog spit. Does anyone have any suggestions on which one I should do...
I'm looking for suggestions on which slick bottom to put on my Thurman deckover. Which is the slickest that will hold up the best? It has steelflex on it now and I don't know if it was put on improperly or what but it was peeling off today at the lake.
