How is the fuel system set up? Returnless fuel rail or constant regulated return? Water fuel separator or plain fuel filter?

Whirlwind and Sensenich discussed openly and decided to standardize on that hub design for the industry in the interest of the consumer. So yes its a "copy" so to ...

Re: What prop, reduction to go with
By the video he topped out at 540hp @ 6000rpm redline. Just depends on what he wants... EX blades are designed for about 2200-2400 rpm. So a 2.5 would give him the full usable rpm range. JX blades are about the same setup. S series or whirlwind superwides he would be good going to a 2.68. Ive always...

A couple of sources to help you out: 1. Chuck Rackley is available for a phone call last I heard. 2. CBM Motorports I have heard are a great group of guys, may be able to get them to provide engine and wiring or even do a harness for you if you want to go junkyard motor. http://www.custombuiltmotors...

Mine is flipped over. Used factory bolts holes to mount in it a box then the box is mounted to the under the foot deck. This way you can move it around and even mount it extended past the foot deck like mine. Plenty of walking room.

Where do you plan to use it 95% of the time? Fresh Water or Salt/Brackish Water? Trick is knowing nobility of metals and how water/salt corrosion affects them. Aluminum and Steel/Zinc are both anodic (metal disappears in a electrically conducive atmosphere (salty air) - Don't use a zinc primer on yo...
