Scrambletown, sounds like you,re taking what I said a little to personal, besides I was talking about the news in general, not the FWC issue on SA. :rebel:

Re: RIP Walt Brandon

Bishop you,re right on the money with that. I,ve known Walt for about 45 yrs and I can say that nobody I know has worked longer or harder for all of our conservation rights than Walt, he will be truly missed by everyone that knew him. Walt was a very close friend of the George family and our prayers...

I would definitely put Bobby Stossel in there for his unique style of airboats and for being a stand up person. :salute: :rebel:

Re: It's time to give public comment

Bishop,I,ll sure do what I can to make it from Sebring to the meeting. I,ve been fishing L-7 and L-40 since I was a kid, that place has the biggest and the most gators I have ever seen. Should be some easy pickings. :rebel:

Re: Rec fuel (ethanol free) anyone using it?

I certainly think so,a friend owns a marine repair shop and tells me that ever since ethanol fuel was introduced he,s barely been able to keep up with all the carb, fuel line, fuel tank related problems. Been using non-ethanol in everything I own except my wifes newer car.--no problems so far.

I agree, if there was a one size fits all boat there would be no need for so many varieties you now have to choose from. good luck

Jinotown, so my question is in your opinion does it justify the extra cost to use nitrogen? thanks :rebel:

Re: Trailer tires talk

If you check out a few websites on nitrogen vs. air it seems the only real advantage is to racecars, they point out that air is already 78% nitrogen and if you are diligent about checking tire pressure there is no real justification for the added expense.

I personally fail to see any advantage of using nitrogen in a street tire. Please explain the reasoning,THANKS
