Engine HP?

I have a sbc 350 w/aluminum heads, 2.12 Rotator, 80" 3-Blade R Blade Prop set at 1.5 "by the marks on the blades" and its swingin it at 5100rpm WOT. Does anyone have a good "guestament" as to what kind of HP. this engine is putting out? :dontknow:

Just finished rebuilding my K-Way gearbox, (new bearings and seals) . I also installed a sight glass so that one quart of gear oil can be seen at the half-way mark in the glass. And also keep the new seal cool with water or or compressed air while you are heating the hub adapter and putting it back on the shaft.

I would really love to see pics of the boat ya'll are talking about with the Dodge diesal or "cummins". they really have alot of torque but are the heavy side. Would push a 20'footer with the right drive and prop set up.The later model 5.9 engines have come along way in horse power and torque. 8)

Its an old 15ft. aluminum airgator hull with screws and rivets. I got new 1/4 poly to put on it,but I want to do this as easy as possible. :bounce:

Best way to strip off old poly???

Getting ready to strip off the old poly and want to know if I have to remove all screws and rivets or can I leave as much as i can and grind them down enough to make a flat surface for the new poly, instead of having to drill em and weld all those holes up?
