Where are you located and what engine are you runnin? I have a three blade H and I love it but would like to try a 2 blade Q. My H is 72 inch and i love it. Really snappy compared to the Q blades I have driven on other boats. I would have to think that the Q has more low end umphh ?

Just got back as well. Must be allergic to the pollen over there cuz my head hurts too, lol.

If you turn your motor,say 5500 just for giggles, with any gear you want the lower gears(2.68) will turn much more prop. Its why we put 5-38s in our trucks. I have a dual mag GPU with domed 470 pistons. Have it timed at 25 before TDC havent heard it ping but it does run oil temps 200- 215 and will go higher if you run it hard. Is this too much advance for this set-up?

It is actually a law that any watercraft operating in areas of vegetation over 4 feet ( i think its 4 feet) must use a flag.
