Re: Smith & Wesson ?

I like mine but had to get new laser from smith twice now. First the lens shattered and the replacement one stripped out one of the adjustment screws.

Airglades airport between moore haven and Clewiston is the cheapest around that area. $4.30 a gallon. Last I bought at the reservation was $5.99

Catch 10' + gator. Sell to processor for $35 a foot. Use money to buy real beef steaks, lol. Seriously though, I take 20 pounds of gator meat and 5 pounds pork fat grind it up and add sausage seasoning. Its pretty good

Without a prop it will not idle good, and you will over-rev it instantly when trying to give it throttle

Re: Sensenich H series prop

Let me get this straight. Someone GAVE you an older prop. You have been running the prop for three months. Now prop has damage. You have not PERSONALLY called the manufacturer. And now you are threatening class action lawsuit. Youre right, it is a sign of the times.

Re: Peace River

Peace river is above flood stage right now at arcadia. VERY swift current and lots of submerged logs and tight corners. If youre not familiar with it, be careful. As Bagman said, most if not all of the usual riverbank(camping spots) is submerged. Like 7-8 feet above normal water level.

Maybe it wasn't a hunter at all and just some jackass that shot a gator for the fun of it? Happens all the time.

Re: gator hunt (first time)

It has been discussed here before, and I cant remember the number, but there is a florida statute that allows for open carry to, from and during outdoor activities. Im sure someone smarter than me will chime in.

Re: 220 gpu spitting oil out of vent

Its either over filled with oil, the vent tube is in the wrong place, or it needs a top end job, PERIOD. Blowby (usually worn rings or cylinders) causes this. That or the rings aren't seated yet.

I would be willing to trade a florida duck (or alligator) hunt for a duck or deer hunt out west. Or up north for that matter.

Re: Fisheating Creek closed for high water

The lake level outside the lake port locks was 15.5. This is caused by close proximity if fisheating creek, which is above flood stage. I read the gauge personally. Average lake level is lower.

Unfortunately, that's what we have come to in our society. Not too many honest people. Even here on SA, you cannot say what you want about somebody (even if its the gods honest truth) or you will get moderated. And the moderation comes from a fear of getting sued or loss of income and I understand t...
