Rebuild is it worth it

I have a 12' 6" Big O single rear driver w/ double front seat. It is powered by a sbc 400 DD w/ a 72" terminator prop. The crank has spun either rod or main bearings. I want to rebuild the motor. Only part that will be reused is the cam & maybe the stock heads. My question is what kind of crank kit ...

Mudman I run a sbc 400 DD on a 12'6" BIg O hull w/ a 72" terminator it is a wide blade carbon fiber prop my boat does very well w/ it. At kissimme this wk/end while I was riding I heard my PCV valve blow out of the valve cover. I forced it to stay in the valve cover. From Thomas landing to the Milk Bus It blew about a qaurt of oil, I pulled on of the PCV & let the blow by out of the valve cover & it didnt blow out anymore oil. What...

It is a 2 barrel holley unsure of the cfm All my plug wires are tight & it has a fresh tune up not sure of fuel pressure

I have a DD 12'6" Big O w/a sbc 400 I am burning real rich & when I am running @ 2600 rpm's for around a minute or two it starts loosing rpm's drops from 2600 to around 2000 & some people on the hill say when I am trying to get on plane w/the boat loaded down it is breaking up.
