Re: MR Kendall's 442cui WaterThunder motor.

Bill as for the AV gas you will loose a decent amount of horsepower but we can do it. I would add a bunch of cylinder pressure to offset the lower level of power in the fuel. The problem with AV gas is it has such a low BTU value. It makes less HP than about any other gas by producing less BTU per ...

Re: need cage in davie

$1500.00 is not bad depending what metal your using I just bought some stainless steel to redo my cage and seat stand and I'm only doing it myself because I'm a welder by trade, emt is cheap and easy to work with if you go with that

Re: 3 or 4?

I turned the prop blade by blade. Three of the four drained out water. Total amount of water probably wasn't much more than a few tablespoons, certainly not even a quarter cup. But, I suppose at the end of a blade spinning around 1,000 RPM, it's enough to cause quite an imbalance. Still feels like ...

Re: Prop Question

For your 520 conversion, if you think you will be putting out 250 to 300 hp, you have a number of excellent propeller choices to think about. One of the best all-around propellers is our 2-blade 72" Whisper Tip propeller for $1690 - a great performer at a very economical price. If you were 280 to 3...

Well I'm part of the " younger crowd " and still pick up after everyone...everyone I ride with is under 30 and we all grew up in the backseat in the marsh. It's not a generation problem it's a azzhole problem and they come in all ages. Ever since the pavilions and bad weather shelters went up the t...

Re: F***ING LITTERBUGS

It will never change. That's not true, when they prohibit us from these areas that are "privileges" it will stop. That's the part they don't understand! My group I run with always pick up after ourselves and others when we are out and would love to see people throw trash on the ground. your right, ...
