what do you guys think about driving a 12 foot with a gear reduced small block, the gear box will reduce some torque roll correct? And the small block is a zz4 with some minor upgrades im estimating a few horse more than the crate possibly 375 ballpark hp, and a beefed up cam. what are some opinions...

thanks a lot, i've done quite a bit of work with a spray gun on automobiles, and even sprayed varnish and lacquer on many wood projects through school, im pretty confident i can do a good job, thanks a lot for the info, much appreciated.
