Re: SPRING FLING

How do you get there? I am i HAines city area.
In an airboat, you will have trouble navigating Celebration through downtown Orlando. Once you hit the river it gets a lot easier! :D

Or go to:

...And take the truck.

Re: SPRAYERS NOT ALLOWED IN BREVARD TELL ME ITS NOT TRUE

If there is a law against "Sprayers" I would like to see it just to know how a sprayer is defined. A bilge pumping water out operates much the same way. I have a hunch the laws are against releasing toxic and non-biodegradeable substances. Not against the liquid pumping device itself.

Re: Newbie looking for advice!!

A 14 to 15 foot hull with a 350 & gearbox coupled with a good prop will do the trick, if you want a little more up to a 383 Stroker Yup! You also want to keep in mind what you want to do with the boat. Do you want to race, gig, hunt, bowfish, camp, gator hunt, fish or just load 3x200+ lb men and a ...

Re: Want to shoot some fish in florida

Not that I can help, but where in Fl? That is the first week of turkey in most of the state so many of us are gonna be tied up. If you are really driven, do it old school. Talk someone into holding a lantern and go wading (if you can't recruit anyone, hold the lantern yourself and use a gig)... ...a...

Re: Florida spring gobbler hunting.

I'm thinking about taking this year for myself. But knowing me I'll probably have another tag along again this year. Try and mix it up. I have found that being alone is great but makes me look forward to having someone to share the experience with. And a trip or two with others makes me want to be ...

Re: Florida spring gobbler hunting.

Thanks for the tips Cracker. This reinforces my hunch that different populations get to it at different times. I watched a strutter with a flock looking uninterested two weeks ago in Polk County. In Palm Beach, I watched an old tom feed for hours last weekend in the same field as a flock of hens and...

Re: Could some one please explain

Basically, anything goes except gas motors. Trolling motors are the way to go if you don't want to manpower it. In very limited areas, they are a great thing. We all want less pressure. Those zones let those willing to work harder and more slowly reep the rewards. As populations increase, there need...

Re: Florida spring gobbler hunting.

Been in the woods a bunch. Can't wait to hear the first gobble of the season, but nothing yet. Been watching a few jakes, a tom and lots of hens. Completely silent except for the occasional soft put. Seems like spring is here, mabye the birds know something we don't. Mabye tomorrow.....

Does this apply to Mgmt areas that are currently on a walk up first come first served basis(I.E. Bull Creek/Three lakes)? Sounds the same as it was last year for gators, am I missing any changes? Does that mean phase II and III will be a drawaing also for everything ? I read outdoors mags. I ask edu...

Re: how would this prop work?

Everything one here seems right... ...but one thing seems left out. The best way to see if it will work for you is to bolt it on and floor it. If you are looking to buy it, drag the boat over there and see if it will work for you. 72x38 stick is right in there, depending on the motor set up. I ran a...

I just wanna verify everything Grayson said. I dropped my gators off with him and in every dealing with him or Mindy, they ALWAYS did exactly what they siad they would do. They contacted AllAmerican imediately when there was trouble and have ALWAYS been prompt, honest and curteous.

Send those bad checks to the Sheriffs Office. I wish I had faith in that. Unfortunately, the worst part of my job is collections. So I see this at work way more often than I would like. Reality is that unless the dollar amount is large, the time and money spent trying to recover the money in court ...

There are a lot of things you can do that will make you feel better. None will get you any money though. They have 3 more of mine not yet paid. One good check right off. Then a bad one. I pestered them into sending another one. It also bounced. I have now spent more in fees to my bank than they owed...

You run a gear box for performance. You run a DD for cost. If you got the cash, get the gears.

Re: Pythons in the Glades.

I saw one by Holiday Park. Now I am no snake expert so I can't confirm it to be a python. But it was about 12' long and fat. Big as it was it took a couple seconds to slither into the sawgrass and it was gone. No way we ever get rid of them. The habitat is too perfect.

Humans make mistakes, and machines break. Thing is, you built and TESTED, then improved. Thats what Toyota needed to do. If Toyota d...
