Re: NGQ or .....
I have owned Q , NGH , NGQ , JM on my boats. The NGQ at 12" wide definitely had some low end grunt and ran great . That being said , the JM at 11" wide performed great as well , you also get the new style lockable hub and you will save about $400 .

Re: Slick bottom fiberglass hull durability
OneBFC - Its funny , I hit the same Guide Wire under the 46 bridge at Jolly . Knocked a hole through my Hamant hull , Polly and almost penetrated the gas tank . I was Lucky I had insurance that covered hitting under water objects. Ill say I was strictly a slick bottom guy for years riding mostly Kis...

Re: Water Walker vs sensenich
There is no comparison when it comes to customer service between the 2 companies . Yes both have issues but sensenich provides far superior customer service. You can call Sensenich during normal business hours and they actually answer the phone lol . Do a little research you will find a lot more iss...

Dumbass FWC had us hemmed up before the road crossing. 15 boats stacked in one little area checking each boat as it crossed.

You definitely went the wrong route with that slick bottom. Very expensive and it’s very thin, good luck

Don’t mess with the Q and just do a 74” JW. Wider blade, lighter , cheaper , better push through out the range. I’ve ran both !

It has 7 of the ultra light T Bars. I think they call them the Simpson T Bars but not positive. If I do it again I’ll do a .190 bottom and .90 sides next time.

Re: slick bottom vs polly
It depends where you mostly ride. I bought a new hamant in December and did slick bottom . The hulls are welded which are not perfectly flat so you will have wear in the high spots on the bottom. I ride mostly Kissimmee and Polly isn’t needed there in my opinion. I just recently did something that I...

Re: Sensenich J series prop
I sold my NGQ for the JW. There not much diff between the two when it comes to
Performance. I do believe the snap is better due to the lighter blades of the JW. The new
Locking hub is cool and it's hundreds cheaper than the NGQ. Both are great though!
