Look at GTO in Ocala, FL. Get 11 T-bars all the way to the transome for heavy duty.

You can't beat a Robicheaux hull. They are fast in shallow and deep water. They run great.

Both ur questions have several answers... to know what rpm to turn u first kinda need to know What ratio reduction u will be running and prop. Props tend to perform in different rpm Ranges and different ratio reductions will put those props in the performance area at different motor rpms..

For the 3 or 4 blade question that also depends on what i said about prop/ reduction but also can be determined by the hp ur bringing to the table

Oh and with the late model engine im guessing small block chevy so ur gonna wanna stay under 16 ft in my opinion. My 16 will run dry but im careful about wherr i put it and im right at 450 hp dynoed.. got stuck a couple weeks ago on a sandbar.. idk what a late model motor makes sooooo. if u want a bigger boat than that or even at 16 id consider a badazz ls or bbc..

I agree a small block is going to have to work to move a boat that big and I know Mark builds heavy hulls. I would go big block 550-600hp 238 box 82 inch 3 blade r series but that's me. I am building a 16x8 now for a guy in Texas and I am using a 496 600hp with that gear box (Ballistic) and a the 3 blade r. I think it should be a beast.

Big block would be best for that big of a boat
