AVGAS in Tallahassee

Post by k2500 » Wed Nov 14, 2012 1:13 pm

Looking for a place near tallahassee to get avgas. The tallahassee airport will not let airboats fill up there. Any suggestions?

Quincy is where I fill up my boat and cans. Only about a 20-30 minute drive. Last I checked it was 5.21 a gallon. And if you go during the week day you'll probably have the whole place to yourself.

What he said ^^^^ Quincy is by far the cheapest. Just don't go after dark or the gates will be closed. Been there, done that...sucks.

No problem, hope to see you around. And X2 on what Pea said, unless you have the gate code only go during the day time. (and if you manage to get the gate code please PM it lol)

The gate code is usually the ground frequency like 122.7 which is the Quincy unicom frequency. Probably the gate code...:)
