Redfish and Specks

Just wanted to know what was the best bait....artificial that you guys use for Specks and Redfish???
I have used a gold spoon / Sprite.. Jigs and artificial shrimp as well as live shrimp and finger mullet???

i use gulp grub curl tail yellow or red for everything

Spinnerbait with gold blades for redfish, Saltwater Assassin in anything yellow.

90% I catch my self throwing a TTF Killer Flats Minnow in Pumpin/chart or white. If the trout bite is good, I switch over to a 4" Norton sand eel. Reds always seem to prefer a paddle tail style over jerk bait. Trout are the other way around being they are middle to surface water feeders. Confidence always plays a big part in whatever you throw.

I think we could all take NotaGuide's advice and fish with confidence. Everytime I go into Academy I want to puke with how much soft plastics cost. I say stay with the basics and don't stray far. I do purchase quality hooks with strong shanks to allow me to bounce my baits over live reefs.
