Anyone else counting down the days to the first muddy, humid, skeeter infested teal hunt?...I can't wait!!

Love the pics! Nice strap of birds also.

Sure hope we get that late August rain (day before dove opens usually) to help fill our tanks. Our lease in Italy depends heavily on the amount of water. It could be worse though. We had some really awesome hunts last year compared to previous years. Hope its atleast half as good. Just ready for this heat to brake and do some shooting.

Teal Season in N TX is always hit & miss, here today & gone tomorrow, so I usually just dove hunted. We have managed to kill a few over the years. :wink:

Pretty cold looking for Teal season... kinda like teal season last fall when we were in AK....

Been hearing some good reports....only 14 more days!

Glad dove season opens next week, it will get me by until teal season..

I hear ya belly_up... I'm gonna have to miss Teal season this year, but the Doves are gonna get thinned out a little. I just love me a good dove shoot. The corton & sunflowers have just about taken the place over... we have a mix of Whitewings & Mourning Doves out there :twisted:
