Ruger Blackhawk 41 mag
What can y'all tell me about this gun? I'm told it's an early model and brass trigger/frame. How do you determine value? Thanks guys.
12' aluminum hull, 350 sbc w/ flattop Pistons and camel hump heads, side by side seating w/ double in front, 2:1 gearbox and a 78" whirlwind whispertip 2.0

Here's one I found on Gun Broker, says only 60 or so of the brass trigger frame models
were made, and book values at 5500.00

Re: Ruger Blackhawk 41 mag
I don't own it yet.. The reason I'm asking is I may possibly trade my ford bronco (asking $1000) for the blackhawk and a 40 cal glock. Just trying to find out if I'm making a good deal or shorting myself.. I'd rather have cash, if not then I would have to try and turn around and sell the Blackhawk but keep the glock.

From what it looks like, if it's in good shape you could your 1000 bucks out of the black hawk
with no problem which would make the Glock a freebie. The 41 mag. is a great round, but hard
to find and costly when you do. Good luck.

I have a blackhawk in 41 I have hog hunted with a 44 mag. .357 nothing puts em down like a .41. If you do get one reload . I'm in fla. ammo is not that hard to find and still cheaper than 10mm. Good luck with your deal sounds like a win for you.
