A 70" 2 blade water walker or a Q would do good on it.

Had a Water Walker 70" on a 12 Ft Viking once , put 5 overweight men, a dog, guns, ammo, and decoys with a full tank of gas and 20mph head wind, ran 50 yards to the water on wet sand one morning with no problem. 3 hours later all of the runners broke in the hull and just did get back to the ramp.

Call Whirlwind and talk to Patty about the Excalibur.....tell them what you use the boat for and what you want out of the prop and they will get you set-up :thumbleft:

I run a 68" cypress series and it seems to push pretty good. I talked to a guy this last weekend that is running that Excaliber on a 0540 and it looked to push pretty good, but haven't seen one on a 200.

Everybody has a favorite prop company for one reason or another. The truth is u can't go wrong with Sensenich, Water Walker or Whirlwind , they are all great people and build quality props. Try them all and see works best. Bwhite, my wife tells me to stop being such a dick, so I'm working on it lol

I have a 70" Excalibur on my 200 and it snaps good but it doesn't push no better then any other prop I've ran. The prop that pushed the best on the hill for me was the ngh and I will not bolt another one on my motor. I've had to many issues with the winglets. I would recomended a 68 or 70 cypress series or a 69" whisper tip if you plan on staying with the 2 blade. Just my 2 cents worth

Yeah your right mark I havnt had any issues I'm just a cheerleader like you.
:thumbleft:
My ngh blades leading edges wear out under the leading edges after about 10 hrs of run time. At first it starts to make a whistle noise then I start noticing vibrations. I have sent them back 5 times to be repaired and before I resale the blades they will be sent back once again. I have had repairs done to the leading edge due to a acorn nut but the rest has been wear on the leading edge of the winglet. Like I said the prop performed great for me but wasn't up to my standards for durability.

Chris I think I would have asked for new blades after the 2nd time. After running mine in excess of 150 hours, 3 1/2 years and 2 flag poles later and still look new Damn straight I'm a cheerleader!

Well Hell,,,, aren't you a dealer or hooked up with a dealer? Make it happen for the man. Get him some new blades coming. They are satisfaction guaranteed right? Surely Dont want a dis-satisfied customer running around out their.....make it happen fot the man, obviously it is a defected prop because yours has been wonderful, he deserves the same :thumbleft: :thumbleft:

BW, Chris and I have spoke. I can't promise but I'm gunna do what I can to get some more blades. I'm not a rep for them and Iv paid the same amount for props as anybody. If it's been repaired 5 times then he needs to be given a set of new blades. Without a doubt that's the right thing to do on their part! Iv ran the Sh!t out of mine and they did great, if they didn't I'd damn sure tell y'all the truth!

Let me suggest...
68 x 40 SENSENICH Stick and Stacks
You be turning 3k if its a real 200, and if it don't push the very best....
it will damn sure sound the best.
Sounds Like an Airboat spos'ed too
