About 5 days ago I went to the whirlwind Web site and filled out the application on the airboat prop page to get information on where to send my super snapper to have it refurbished and how to arrange payment
But have gotten no response
Being a business owner my self following up on my customers request is one of the most important thing's I have to do every day, it's what feeds my family as well as my employee's
If I had the money for a high tech Web site like whirlwind I would be all over it every day to make sure it pays for it self
Oh well guess that's not the case for them, maybe I will just throw it out and go get that nice looking ngq

I have run into this situation many times. It seems to me if a business is going to offer a website email contact option they should pay attention to it. I figure if they are going to be that rude to me then they didn't want my business in the first place and if there are any other options I seek them out.

Their website looked kinda like a whisk in progress for awhile. ... call them up,! They are super helpful and seldom do not answer during PST business hours

Whats the matter you afraid to talk on the phone heck takes way less effort than sending and email or complaining on this forum, with that being said call (619) 562-3725 and get all the info you need

Never had a problem that a simple phone call couldn't solve and the fact that they are on the west coast actually makes it easy to take care of after I get off work.

As a business owner wouldn't you rather get a phone call from a unhappy customer than having them bash you on a public forum? Patti is real easy to talk too even if you have to wait until later in the day due to time difference.

I never did receive a responds from them thru email either. However, a phone call to them got me fixed up. Fine people to deal with

Having been a business owner as well, I do understand your displeasure
with the results you haven't been able to justifiably get. I also agree with
the other assessments that a man could perceive after the fact service
would be less than stellar when the service seems lacking on the front side.

I surely don't know this to be the case, but bear in mind there is the possibility
that they are having an IT problem that they are unaware of. In that case,
Bruce's suggestion could potentially kill two birds with one stone.

In all fairness, it could be pointed out that are not the only prop manufacturer whose
website lead tracking does not seem to be on the front burner. However, I will say also
that in nearly every case I am aware of, everything could be solved with a phone call.

Should have known trying to use there $100k Web site would just make me look like a cry baby idiot
I am going to do them a favor when I get them on the phone and tell them don't waste your money on all this fancy crap on your website site and just post your phone number only
If your customers try to use it and it doesn't work if they tell someone they are going to look like a jerk
I have another idea why don't we all exchange phone numbers we can just call each other and talk rather than use this site , he'll we should just see if they will just shut the Internet down and go back to the phone system completely

By the way I did not bash the whirlwind products just the Webb site my super snapper is hands down a bad a$$ prop

In fact, I'll think of that the next time I see a website with just a phone number.
It never really occurred to me that that approach was better than the alternative.

Me personally have only internet on my phone, live to far in the boonies unless I want satellite and that stuff is outrageous, so I find myself sometimes in the other dilemma where a company is only internet based

Thanks deano for seeing my point and I apologize to all for my ranting
Spending the last 2 1/2 year's fighting stage 4 cancer the everglades is my therapist, some people go to a office and sit with a stranger and have them tell you what you need even though they don't know you,that makes no sense to me
The everglades has known me for 40 years and she knows what I need.
I can't tell you how many times I have just sat there starring out in to the grass thanking God for another day . With no prop on my boat there's no therapy
And that Webb site just added 5 more days of that but I will get through it.
