Thanks Patti, if this is Patti posting? I did get your offer for free roll of tp with new prop sale! Funny butt,, true in some florida areas?
Now that the TP crunch is over in Florida, How is Calli dealing with all those paper towels being flushed?
I guess I did hijack this post for no other reason to know if your booting thru shit and your shelves are full?

Actually this is Hunter (engineering) posting. We've been busy making sales and even busier trying to keep our shelves full so we can continue to put out orders the same day they come in.

What do you have in the 88inch range? LHR.
I recently built a new blown boat that cavitated 3 88's on 27 and went to a 4 blade 88 on 22 that is about perfect! No roll, all push!
I was a S blade or Jx user, but never hurts to ask if you have something in the works to push vs roll!

Hi, sorry for the delayed response:
Our largest propeller diameter is 84". The roll effect comes from the propeller having a higher pitch if it doesn't have enough blade area to produce thrust at its ideal pitch. This can be solved with wide blades (check out our SUPER WIDE Carbon Max blades: https://whirlwindpropellers.com/airboat ... on-max-sw/) or with more blades (we've made hubs for 12 bladed RazorX propellers). The 'Push' vs 'Roll' ends up translating directly into propeller efficiency, so to make sure you have an efficient propeller for your application you'll want to call and tell us your horse power and rpm and if you mostly operate at low speed or high speed.

Can you help me I need the Propellers bolt pattern dimensions for a standard airboat hub. My Vo 540 has a custom starter assembly and needs a new flex plate. The Original is made out of a Chevy flex plate. So I have to add the pattern , well get a Machine shop a drawing to add the pattern to the flex plate.

I hate to jump a post with baked goods, but see some have a perfect rig to do nothing better! Thanks, will hit up the cook asap!

My question was experience with fatty's as un-effiecient as they were? Roll is not push but blade grab so the boat rolls vs pushes.
Some may think counter rotator or something out of the oven? I guess those have never experienced what I would say as reasonable power these days? I'm asking what pushes and cuts the air vs what drags it into the boat to roll.
Lmao some will post new or old versions of rolls that are kitchen whipped that don't relate and the real question involved!
Most can't fathom rolling a boat under from power due to kitchen duties!

Well all puns, buns and rolls aside I can attest to the affects of toque roll. I went from 4 sensenich 82" super wides to 5 Whirlwind 84" EX blades and it was an awesome upgrade. The 4 sensenich superwides did push and take me everywhere I could ever want to go but my boat felt like it was gonna roll over in deep water if I really got into it. I also had a higher cruise RPM with the super wides. The 5 Whirlwind EX blades just flat out took the torque roll away, It now just jumps on step and cruises about 500 to 800 RMP's lower. Really hard for me to measure push but I run dry ground, climb beaver and haul moose just as easy as I did with the super wides.
