Big Cypress lets get some airboat countryre-opened

Post by Eric Kimmel » Fri Nov 07, 2008 5:15 am

Dear Friends we need some emails asking that Zone 4 be brought up and that the areas closed be reopened and the trails requested be opened. This was all worked out ground truth ed, studied and submitted to USFWS for their final approval Then tabled due to the Bear Island Lawsuit. It took me 6 years to get this far.
We need emails sent to the ORV Committee via the nps.gov/bicy official site requesting the Stairsteps secondary trails be put on a future agenda. This must come from several Zone -4 airboaters or all airboaters in order to put emphasis on how great the need is. The Z-4 guys are not being vocal--no emails, no appearance at the meetings--and it's hurting our attempts to fix the problems. click nps.gov/bicy then go to the orv advisory committee section then click on the commentsection
