Anyone heard from Jeff or Dawn Paterson...aka....Basketcase lately? I thought I saw his boat at Lake Cypress Fish Camp a few weeks ago and was wondering if he sold it or still owned it? :?:
They said I ran from the fight like a scared rabbit, but how do they know I wasn't running to a second fight like an angry rabbit...

He was at the FAA show with his boat.He has powder coated all the engine stand.Had polished the hull.Dawn has been busy with the FAA and KRVSA.They are both around.I don't think with Jeffs back that the boat has been used in awhile.

Thanks Nomad...they're good people and I've been wondering if they were still active airboaters.

I talked to Dawn on Facebook a while back.
She said, "boats broke and hubby's broke"........sounds like they might be dead in the water 'till things gets healed up some.

I talked to Jeff twice yesterday on the phone, and 3 times today. And drove to the Geneva post office to get an package that turned out to be from him too. He's alive and well.

As for seeing his boat.... it has a twin on the Kissimmee Chain. Long belt counter rotator, same color. I used to tell them apart because Jeff's had that bimini top, but he's taken that off now. One thing I know about Jeff's boat is he's got a large (12 inch diameter) round KRVSA sticker in the middle of the back of the rear seat shell.

We did not discuss his boat in our recent conversations, but I do believe he's soon to be offering it up for sale. But don't quote me on that.

Jody,
As Mood said above pretty sure it was my old boats "twin", (he lives in Kissimmee I believe?
I'm kicking around up here where folks still "warsh" things lol.
Came here looking for info on my old boat sinking?
Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance and God Bless you all.
Jeff P.
Don't waste your time-its the only thing you can't get back, (Cntry141IQ/John had another thousand of these before he went sliding into the sky). :-(
