Whats up Smilie? Yea there are about a half dozen or so in my area alone, I live in the Sumter SC. area. we run the local rivers, and lakes around here, and a couple times a year go down around the glades in sunny Florida. We bow-fish and cruise alot.
I know where Ocean Isle is, I've done some work in your area.

I've heard of a couple of them in my area, but haven't ran across them yet.

When I registered my boat, I registered it as "other" power. It's not an inboard, or an outboard, or an inboard/outboard.
