I am the father of two police officers and the father in law of a third. Two work for Dade county and two of their follow officers are being laid to rest today. May God Bless them and theirs and all of those that protect us from the evil that is around us everyday.

Two St. Petersburg Police Officers killed and a US Marshall wounded this morning by a career perp "Hydra Lacy, Jr." -- with a very long record of aggrivated & domestic assaults and sexual assaults.

May God have Mercy on their Souls and may God protect and keep their families and hold them in his arms.

It's very sad and tragic to see our LEOs getting killed and injured by these career criminals. What ever happened to three strikes and you are out? Armed robbery and they get sent to boot camp, minor or not they need to go to jail for 10 with no early release. Man, our court system is a shambles.

I feel very badly for the LE community and the families of the fallen. Brave men and women.

We just had a State Trooper killed up here a few week ago by a guy that had a very long record
starting at age 14 and he was supposed to be in jail when he shot the trooper in the face but some Judge let him out for some un known reason

here ya go scrambletown ...

Glad to be an American?

Do you feel your state DUI laws are too stiff?

We have been told that punishment in many other countries is much stiffer. Here is an unofficial list...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Australia The names of the drivers are sent to the local newspapers and are printed under the heading, "He's drunk and in jail."

Malaya The driver is jailed; if he's married, his wife is jailed too.

South Africa A 10 year prison sentence or the equivalent of a $10,000 fine or both.

Turkey Drunk drivers are taken 20 miles from town by the police and forced to walk back under escort

Norway Three weeks in jail at hard labor, one year loss of license. If the driver commits a second offense within five years, his license is revoked for life.

Finland Driver is automatically jailed for one year at hard labor.

Sweden Driver is automatically jailed for one year at hard labor.

Costa Rica Police remove plates from the offender's vehicle.

Russia License revoked for life.

England One year license suspension, a $250.00 fine and jail for one year.

France Drivers are punished with a three year loss of license, one year in jail, and a $1,000 fine.

Poland Jailed and fined and forced to attend political lectures.

Bulgaria A second conviction results in execution

El Salvador Your first offense is your last, as punishment is execution by firing squad
.

Them last two will get your attention for sure

When we start holding the Judges, Parole Boards, and Lawyers accountable for letting these Pieces of Crap back out on the street(especially with such harsh records) this BS will stop. The person who lets a POS back out on the street is just as much at fault as the person who pulled the trigger.

FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND , THAT WASNT HIS HOUSE , IT WAS HIS GIRLFRIENDS HOUSE , HE LIVED A COUPLE OF BLOCKS AWAY, THEY STOPED BUY THE GIRLFRIENDS HOUSE TO SEE IF SHE HAD SEEN HIM ,THIS WAS DONE AFTER THE OFFICERS TRIED TO SERVE HIM AT HIS LISTED ADDRESS, AND WHEN ASKED , SHE TOLD THE OFFICERS THAT HE WAS IN THE ATTIC HIDING AND ARMED . THIS IS THE INFO I RECIEVED FROM 96.5 FM ( BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE SHOW ) .

May they RIP and prayers for all the family.

Here in Nebraska they just did away with the electric chair as it was inhumane. My personal opinion is that if they feel one way is inhumane we give them the choice of being put down just like they did their victims. The can not argue that is inhumane as that is what they did to their victims.

In the case of the the Miami-Dade officers they were let in the house by his mother who never said a word and he came out another room shooting. He was shot by an officer that was still outside.
I think the mother should be charged with murder, she knew he was there and was armed and said he was not going back to jail.
