Jim Webb has passed

Post by Roxy7430 » Wed Dec 05, 2012 8:30 am

Our friend and airboat mentor, Jim Webb lost his battle with cancer this morning. Jim was known as a guy that didn't take any crap from anybody but he also had a very tender heart. Jim spent countless hours helping and advising many of us on all things airboat related. It was a privilege to have spent this time with Jim.

Jim, we sure will miss you......may you rest in peace.

We are going to treasure our buddy Jim and remember all the wonderful rides and friendship-our 17 years went by so fast-but what great memories we have. He started in the 65hp and wood airboat and ended in his beautiful JUNKYARD FORD. Our deepest condolences to his wonderful family.
Sincerely,
Lee and Judy

I was lucky enough to meet jim during his stay at old glory and be part of his last ride through the camps. I knew when i shook his hand that i knew i was in rare company, wishing i had met him sooner.
