KRVSA 2014-15 Raffle Boat by Diamondback OUTSTANDING

Post by HuntingBigun » Wed Jul 23, 2014 11:41 am

Diamondback again has raised the bar in their support of KRVSA, Just like last time they took on the build for our club and hit a home run. It is amazing how year after year Diamondback puts their money where their mouth is and give back to the airboaters by building our club a great raffle boat. We also want to thank Sensenich Propeller for the sweet NGQ Prop & Jurnigan's Engine 0-540 290 Hsp Lycoming engine.

2014 Diamondback Ultra Light Hull with 4 inch walk boards, this is a new design with 15 inch sides and 1 inch drop back transom.
24 inch Grass Rack
1/4 Inch Riveted Poly
Stainless Powder Coated Rigging with single front driver and double rear
30 Gal Powder coated fuel tank
Jurnigan's 290Hsp 540 Lycoming Engine
Sensenich 72 inch NGQ 2 Blade Prop with Duraskin
Ramlin single axle painted trailer

See any club member for tickets, Jurnigan's Engine has tickets in stock and we hope to have website sells but Nomad will do a credit card as well. Price for ticket is $5.00 each or 5 for $20.00 dollars.
We also will be raffle off a Diamond Airboat Charm as well price $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00

Look for this boat at upcoming shows to get your tickets, Drawing to be held at Thomas Landing on Lake Kissimmee April 11,2015 during KRVSA Annual Lake Cleanup.

Looks good! I need a little boat like that to scoot around on when it's a small crowd. My only question; where's the frog chute? ;-)

Just have someone PM me and I'll buy a few. Maybe more than just a few.

Thanks Diggin, just get with me or Nomad we can take care of the tickets. Also we are hoping that more folks stop in during the cleanup as we have moved it to Thomas Landing to have more access for airboaters, camping and bigger party :occasion2:

Thanks Wayne. When is the clean-up? Don't see it on SA calendar and the KRVSA website appears to be down.

Just sent Rick the info for SA and our web guy as well, it is the same Lake Cleanup normally at Camp Mack we do every year where pick up a bag of trash and get a free lunch and we have live auction plus our raffle item, which this year is the boat and charm. We moved it to Thomas Landing for more parking and hopefully more folks come to party with us and a chance to win the boat. I got a thousand tickets ready for you just say the word, heck you buy my boat I give ya a couple :D :D :D :D :D :D

I'm waiting for the secret rides you and Helms are building to be unveiled before I buy a boat. Might want to build one myself. But, you never know. ;-)

Hats off to all of the very fine folks who had a hand in building the KRVSA club raffle boat! Gotta get me some of those tickets so Bob (Nomad) stays busy!

PayPal will not allow raffle tickets to be sold using them. If you want to buy tickets with a credit card you can call me @ 941-705-6344. That is my work number. If you miss me leave a message and I will call you back. Bob

PayPal and any of the other online pay services consider it gambling. And they don't allow it. A couple of years ago. The FAA had a major problem with it. Had to agree not to sell any type of tickets through them. You can go to their site an read it in their agreement that who ever uses their services agrees to. If you are uncomfortable doing a credit card over the phone. The airboat will be at numerous events where you can buy the tickets in person.

Nope boat will only be shown at Florida events. Your to far to haul it. If you win it you will have to come to Florida to pick it up.

If anyone needs raffle tickets, we have them at the shop in Sarasota County. We are happy to help KRVSA and hope that we can assist those who cannot attend events where they are being sold. Good luck to everyone! Great boat, and thank you to all those involved in contributing and putting together the boat!!!

I could deal with a weekend road trip. Maybe not to just to accumulate a puddle of drool next to it, but to pick it up I could.
