Volunteers, please do not use Sawgrass Rec. Park if you can help it. Their season has started and spaces are limited. On top of that, the owner (Rick Soverns) has donated a boat and driver for the event that will accommodate 8 people . I have another boat at the house if needed that will accommodate 6.

Not until now Gerald. Thanks for the information. I'd like to attend the event, just don't have enough confidence in my driving skills to take on one of the Vets in my boat, but at least I could contribute to the cause?

Kevin you come on out you don't have to take a Vet if you don't feel safe. That has nothing to do with you coming on out

Correct you dont need a rider. Im with gerald in no way should we use sawgrass or lyles parking or lyles ramp. Once off the main trail it opens way up great day and place to learn. If you that worried ill hang wayyy back with ya

It all depends upon which weather report you look at. One says 10%, one says 70%. They have no idea what it is going to do. They only thing they are saying in consensus is that the system in the Gulf that is supplying this rain "may" develop.

I don't have a problem with rain. I don't get along too well with lightning.

Speaking of good food, are you bringing your famous cow tongue, Steve? Also, I was kicking around the idea of smoking a couple Boston Butts for Saturday. I plan to take the day off Friday anyway and they are almost automatic on the Egg. What say you all?
