Found the owner it was his 13 year old sons glad I could get it back to him..

I look forward to meeting you, my brother is the one that lost the rifle and he and I were sure he would never see the gun again. Can't thank you enough. Hope to some day hang out on the river with you. Always glad to know good people still exist! :thumbleft:

If it wasn't for today's technology you would be kissing that gun goodby. Talk about a lucky day. Good thing a young kid didn't find it first.

Exactly what I meant. Sorry for the confusion. Glad it got back to the rightful owner. 30,40 years ago they may not have found the owner because of the lack of social media and the internet itself.
