Hello SA family. My name is Hunter. I'm 22 and from Maryland. Next week (Jan 19th) I am moving to the Port orange,FL area for the 3rd time due to a new job. I have previous airboat experience and had to sell my 15 ft diamondback a few months ago which I rode in MD. Never have rode in Florida before though. So, I am looking to learn about the different area and knowledge everybody has to offer so it will help me when it comes to buying my next boat some time down the road. Hopefully I can make some new friends along the way. So, Any open seats?
Please PM if you think you can help me out. Thanks guys!

Fookz I see by your profile that you had a GSO480 with a 10 blade on it. How did ytou like that setup abd what was the noise level like with the gearbox only turning around 2200

Dirtman, the 480 is a powerhouse of an engine. Fuel burn was horrible at 20gph roughly.
The 10 bld was pretty loud but it did what I wanted. Was so close to pulling the trigger on sensenich 'R' type 3bld and would have helped tremendously but I ended up selling whole rig completely.

Marshpirate, I have read and heard a lot about the Freedomride. Once again, I have no way to get out on the water though and is why I am asking for someone on the SA family to adopt me.
