Alumitech customer service

Postby Huntingwithahoyt » Tue Apr 07, 2015 6:01 pm

Just wanted to share with everyone how great Raymond is at Alumitech!!!!
First off I'm the second owner of a 2014 hull. I live in Ocala and Alumitech is over an hour away. I talked to Raymond on Monday about an issue with the hull. He instantly told me to bring the boat to the shop and he would have someone get on it right away so I wouldn't have to leave it. Any day would be fine with him. Scheduling with work allowed me to drive there on Tuesday. Just as stated Raymond got Jim to work on it right away. Robert also pitched in and together they had the job done in a little over an hour.
Talk about customer service!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!
Thank you Raymond, Jim and Robert!!!!
Especially Raymond.....way to stand behind your product!!!!!!!

It don't get no better than Raymond, Steve and crew. They're the best down to earth people in the business. Raymond used to do eveythint himself. He's was probably one of the best welders to ever put on a hood. They're a dying breed fosho.

Brad built the best set of port matched long tube headers!

I spent a lot of time around the shop and Steve and Raymond always treated me like kin.

On that note, I will add that Raymond has helped me out (and in a cost effective, timely fashion) with some Stinger issues and parts a couple of times when seemingly nobody else could or would.

That is a different can of worms unto itself, but Raymond has become my direct go to guy for anything Stinger related. :salute:

They are the best, I got 16 hulls from them last year and every customer that got a boat loves the way they ride and handle. And Jim is a great fabricator

They are top notch I always enjoy working with them and the people who work there assembleing their boats are not idiots. I suggest them very often they are no doubt in the top 3 of Aluminum welded hull builders.

I've talked with Dave, who is a phone consultant for them, retired after 25 years with Alumitech and the airboat industry. He gives great advice and is a great help to those of us too far away to bring in our boat or come in to the shop for assistance. Bud
