Any other information ? :banghead:

Such a statement doesn't help or allow anybody to assist in any fashion if they were inclined to do so. :dontknow:

Must have seen it on the news this morning. There isn't much info except they are near Belle Glade.

When I looked, I couldn't even find that much.

It looked like the Belle Glade references were to the famliy a fat week ago.

At least 'stuck near Torry Island' is some usable information. Hope FWC has better luck.

Sounds like a job for my drone! I'm sure there are a few around there. They're great for something like that, you can set search areas and they will fly them while you view the monitor.

Glad they found him, from the Video, that place is huge, and the boat was on it's side.

That place is actually very small. Maybe 20 square miles at best.

When I was in Florida a couple years ago, we drove around Lake O and viewed it a couple times. I'm sure there is lots i could not, did not see, from the road. All I can say is that if somebody got lost there, if they ever ventured out in Alaska they would never be seen again.

Thanks Paul! But it wasn't just me there was a few others out there that did just as much... Krik brought his pacer pump out there saved the day! We had the boat floating within about 10-15mins without pulling on it. It was team work at its best!

Glad to hear he is ok.

If he could get a call out, he likely could get a text/email out. Motion-x is an I phone app the he could have used to send exact gps coordinates out. I'm sure something like that is avail for all smart phones. A weather proof case, charged phone and gps app are on the list of safety equipment.
