Oh, I'm sorry to hear that.
Prayers sent for an accurate diagnosis, and a quick recovery.

Micah is a hell of a nice guy with a beautiful young family and one on the way. Please, pray for him.

"Transmitted by mosquitoes, the chikungunya virus causes rash, fever and excruciating joint pain. It has no cure. The good news: It's rarely fatal." Chikungunya is also known as the breaking bone disease. There have been quite a few outbreaks in South Florida. Not that I want our friend in pain but at least this is a possible explanation.

Heres to a speedy recovery .I dont recall his buddies name that picked the starter up from me , but he was a hell of nice guy insisted on throwing me a little extra.I thanked him wished him well and told him thats what us airboaters do is help each other out .

blackwaterairboats wrote:They have done all kinds of test and they ruled out anything to do with mosquito, blood and infectious diseases and parasites. They are waiting on a few more test to come back. If his fever doesn't brake by tomorrow they are going to do test for cancer. I will keep everyone posted as new information comes about. Thank you all and please keep praying. His wife hasn't left his side but for and hour to get a shower. She is also pregnant so she is pretty drained and worried.
Viruses cause fever. He has contracted something very uncommon. Blood plasma may help. If that's what they call for I'll be happy to donate some, OK?
