This may be a long shot, but do we have any fellow airboaters that's a lawyer? I would appreciate any guidance as to which direction I should take or maybe even a referral to someone local to my area. Thanks.
12' aluminum hull, 350 sbc w/ flattop Pistons and camel hump heads, side by side seating w/ double in front, 2:1 gearbox and a 78" whirlwind whispertip 2.0

Without going into details,you might want to indicate what type lawyer you need. You don't need a real estate lawyer for a traffic ticket.

I would say traffic accident lawyer. There are plenty that work to get you money in an accident but I'm looking for one that handles the other side of that fence..
