Like mentioned prior, used to sit down with the family every Sunday night and watch this show. I liked Stan Brock more than I did Jim Fowler, Stan would chase sh_t all over the place bare footed, he tackled everything! Was a great show growing up!

The original productions were made and aired from '63 to '71 at which point they went into syndication.
There were still some made here and there until the mid 80s, but by then most were repeats of the originals.

Reminds me of the fact that you used to be able to watch TV without it insulting your intelligence. :)

Jim was tough, all Marlin Perkins would do is sit there and say "get em Jim" and off he would go. I remember him jumping on a huge anaconda once , seemed the snake was going to get the best of him.
